- 3 weeks of low-carb eating to alternate with the Diet Challenge 1 : a complete menu of recipes for each week and a shopping list. That’s 21 sample days and more than 50 delicious recipes to lose fat while enjoying yourself.
> Simple and quick recipes to prepare every day (Virginie is a very active mom who doesn’t have much time, so you’ll see that the recipes are quick to make!)
> It is necessary to have the Challenging Dry 1 Diet to alternate weeks and boost your metabolism.
- 6 weeks of training: 3 to 4 sessions per week, lasting 40 to 50 minutes, which change every 2 weeks. Follow this at home with resistance bands and dumbbells or at the gym.
> Varied, short and intense sessions working the whole body with a clear emphasis on the abs to shape and sculpt you.
- 6 weeks of daily motivation: every day I will give you my “vibes and mantras of the day” to support you during the challenge.
