The sheer volume of information available online can be overwhelming, as we can find both a statement and its opposite. Ideally, there should only be one truth, supported by scientific studies. For those familiar with and avid readers of scientific literature, contradictory studies are common. Therefore, it’s important to consult a professional in the field who, drawing on their experience and knowledge, can guide you in making the right choice.
