E-books: explications, conseils et astuces pour mieux s’entraîner et s’alimenter

In order to transmit as much knowledge as possible and boost your progress, I create new themed e-books every month to allow those who train diligently and follow a precise diet to develop physically in the best conditions.

The sheer volume of information available online can be overwhelming, as we can find both a statement and its opposite. Ideally, there should only be one truth, supported by scientific studies. For those familiar with and avid readers of scientific literature, contradictory studies are common. Therefore, it’s important to consult a professional in the field who, drawing on their experience and knowledge, can guide you in making the right choice.

I have currently created 10 e-books at a very low price. All are illustrated, contain practical advice, exercises explained in videos and most are supported by scientific explanations to help you understand what you are doing.
